inkyi got those updates in ham, was able to do on one phone, on other it hunged, i booted to emergency shell, realized there was not enough space, removed some files12:16
inkyran apt-get -f install12:16
inkydpkg --configure -a12:16
inkybut it didnt seem to do anything12:16
inkyjust after freeing space the ui loaded12:16
inkyi dont understand what updates did, apt complains about pin.daedalus files it /etc/apt/performance.d directony12:17
inkyor how to check if update on that device which hanged went fine12:18
inkyham doesnt show me updates anymore12:18
inkyand i did apt-get upgrade and dist-upgrade12:18
inkybut it looks like chimaera, it's not daedalus, right?12:19
arno11Wizzup: dsc_: jib pull in modemmanager, weird no ?22:09
arno11and btw maemo weather actually can't be installed because of missing libssl1.1 (not available anymore in bookworm)22:11
arno11*i mean in daedalus22:17
arno11inky: by default, yeah chimaera. you can ignore pin.daedalus msgs iirc22:29
Wizzuparno11: are you sure it does?22:32
WizzupI did see modemmanager being pulled in but it doesn't run22:32
Wizzupgood point @ weather22:32
arno11Wizzup: yes it does according to HAM22:43
arno11*for modemmanager22:43
arno11(but yeah ofc it doesn t run)22:52
gnarfacelibssl in daedalus might not be mutually exclusive with earlier versions, you might get away with just installing the beowulf or chimaera ones concurrently as necessary22:59
gnarfaceon my daedalus desktop here i seem to have... literally every prior version of libssl still installed22:59
gnarface(maybe not literally but there's a lot of them, including libssl1.1)23:00
gnarfacearno11: ^23:01
gnarface(not that this is necessarily a good idea from a security perspective, but if you want to get a old weather app working and don't care, it's probably that easy)23:02
arno11ok good to know, but i was talking about a pkg from h-a-m so it is not really user-friendly if one needs to install additional pkgs by hand23:02
gnarfaceoh, is ee23:02
gnarface*i see23:02
